Stunning Lake Crescent Surprise Proposal
About This Proposal at Lake Crescent in Olympic National Park
S reached out to me a few weeks prior to the proposal when he shared he and his (now fiancee) would be traveling from out of state and visiting Olympic National Park. S told me he wanted to propose at Lake Crescent, one of the many beautiful places if you’re looking to elope in Olympic National Park or get engagement photos there!
They got dinner at the lodge right before sunset and I non-chalantly sipped on a cold drink outside waiting for them to come out where S got down on one knee to propose right by the edge of the water. J was completely taken by surprise, but it was no surprise she said yes!
After the secret was out on hiring more than just a bird watcher (me), we spent the rest of the time exploring the park and we were able to get some stunning ring photos, some epic dusk photos, and even played with some Twilight scenes (Edward running “fast” through the forest with Bella on his back).
I had such an incredible time photographing this surprise proposal and their engagement photos afterwards. Congratulations again, S & J!
