Spring North Cascades Surprise Proposal
About This Proposal at North Cascades National Park
D reached out to me back in September sharing that he and his (now fiancée) were going to be visiting Washington and going to explore North Cascades National Park. Coming all the way from Washington D.C., D wanted to make this trip extra special by proposing at North Cascades.
L had no idea that this was his plan. I met with D several times beforehand to make sure his proposal would go off without a hitch. Unfortunately the original spot he wanted to propose was closed due to a road wash out but I was able to find a great alternative spot for them.
The day of, I beat them to the trailhead and pretended to go bird watching (thankfully there were lots of birds for me to “photograph”) while I waited for him to get down on one knee and propose. I am so glad he hired me to get their proposal because her reaction was priceless!
We spent the next couple of hours exploring the park and even shot some photos in their rented Jeep (they looove Jeeps). I had such an incredible time and am so thankful he reached out to me and were able to pull this awesome proposal off!
