Not at all. If you have a general region or season in mind, that's enough to get started. I'll help you narrow down locations based on what sounds good to you.
Most elopement photographers will point you toward vendors and call it planning. I actually do the back-and-forth — researching vendors, getting real quotes, checking availability, and coordinating the details. I can also personally pick things up and bring them to your location on the day. Your florals, your cake, your props — if it needs to get to a trailhead, I'll make it happen.
Although 6 hours is usually the minimum amount of coverage I recommend for an elopement, I also understand some couples want just a couple of hours. I am happy to create a custom package to fit your needs!
Yes! I'm based in the PNW but available nationwide and beyond. Travel within WA, OR, and the greater PNW is included in every package. Destinations outside that range are quoted separately.
We shoot in the rain! The PNW is moody and dramatic and honestly makes for incredible photos. I'll only reschedule if the weather is genuinely unsafe.
Absolutely. Some couples elope with just the two of them. Others bring their closest friends and family and even their dog! There's no rule that says elopements have to be solo. Just let me know during planning so I can factor guest count into location recommendations, permit requirements, and your timeline.
