Magical Bainbridge Island Wedding
About this Bainbridge Island Wedding
N and C wanted to get married in a beautiful venue on an island that was near the city and accessible to their friends and family. They found their perfect match in the beautiful Bainbridge Island! This venue was also special for another reason, as C used to work there!
They each got ready in their own rooms, which was actually the bunkrooms where kids come for camp during the summer. They got their very own golf cart and drove to the suspension bridge in the property to have their first look there. They shared some tears, laughs, and intimate moments before driving over to some of the treehouses for a few more photos.
During their ceremony, they had their dog join them for the part where their humans got married! After they officially tied the knot, they had a beautiful reception with their guests. Their parents shared some wise words of wisdom that got all of us crying and afterwards, everyone headed to the dance floor to dance the night away! It was truly a magical wedding that felt like it came straight out of a fairy-tale book!

Islandwood - If you want an all-inclusive wedding venue and for it to feel like it came out of your childhood dreams, then this place may be it! This venue has 250 acres of private property including, trails, forests, pond, meadows, a suspension bridge, 2 treehouses, and so much more! Everything is virtually included in this wedding (minus florals, photo & video) so if you’d like to have most of your wedding planned with lodging included, check this venue out!
Bainbridge Island Museum of Art - located within walking distance of the Bainbridge Island ferry is the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art. This wedding venue can accommodate larger weddings too at over 300 guests. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are available
The Manor House at Pleasant Beach - You’ll find this wedding venue on the South-West side of the island. This beautiful venue is a 1920’s Manor House that has a beautiful view of the sound. This venue is ideal for smaller to more medium-sized weddings as it can accommodate up to 150 people.
Bloedel Reserve - Located on the North-Eastern side of the island is this beautiful 150 acre nature reserve. If you’re looking to get married in a wedding venue that is filled with forests, gardens, ponds, and trails, then this venue is for you! This venue can accommodate weddings of all sizes, up to 300 guests.
Kiana Lodge - Technically just on the north side of the Agate Pass Bridge in Poulsbo, WA is Kiana Lodge. This venue is definitely worth considering for Bainbridge Island wedding venues as it is just a couple minute drive from the northern part of the island. This venue is truly magical; with the view of the sound for your ceremony, lush greenery and forests surrounding this beautiful lodge, I promise you’ll fall in love with the venue and can picture yourselves getting married there in a heartbeat. This venue can accommodate larger weddings, up to 350 guests.
