Adventure Engagement Photos at Lake Wenatchee

These two are adorable together. They recently got engaged and wanted to do something different for their engagement shoot. So with my help they planned a snowshoe adventure to Lake Wenatchee where they sat down and took in the views.

These two had never been snowshoeing before, so getting ready — and those first few steps — was a comedy of errors. Once they had figured out how to move around, they took off so quickly through the woods that I was occasionally left running to catch up after pausing to snap a few photos. I’m a firm believer that flannel engagement photos are the best!

Although both of them grew up in the area they had never been to Lake Wenatchee before, and I could see on their faces how incredible they thought it was.
